Highland County Democratic Committee
Highland County Democrats will not be silent while their most vulnerable neighbors and our democracy are under attack. We believe FDR was right when he told Americans, "The test of our progress in not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little."
In Highland County too many of our neighbors are struggling to put food on the table or to get the health care they need, while billionaires pay taxes at a lower marginal rate than school teachers. That is not right. Come join us in our fight for a fairer America.

Dems and Friends was started by Linda Holman almost a decade ago. Their next gathering will be on Saturday, September 20th at 2:00 PM at The Highland Center in Monterey, VA. Please come and join us for light refreshments and fellowship.

Join the Committee
The purpose of the Highland County Democratic Committee is to conduct the affairs of the Democratic Party of Virginia in Highland County. To be a voting member of the Committee you must be registered to vote in Highland County and committed to aid in the victory of Democratic Party nominees in local, state and national elections.
